Clinton has extensive leadership, organizational, and culinary experience. He has spent his life working in the food industry, most recent as Vice President of Sales for Corporate Chefs where he led the team to new organizational goals and heights. Clinton is a combat veteran and had distinguished 24-year Army career as Chief Warrant Officer responsible for all facets of food service production, multi-unit operations management, project management, logistical services, and supply chain activities. Clinton holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Ashford University and is also a certified Master Food Executive. Vice President Business Development – Alphonzo “Rick” Byrd
Rick has 47 years of food industry experience in the private and government segment. He joins our team after serving as Chief of the Quality Assurance Division, Operations Directorate, Joint Culinary Center of Excellence Fort Lee, Virginia. Rick was instrumental in the development and design of the Army Food Program leaving his thumb print on many programs past, present, and future, such as the Unitized Group Ration, Initial Military Training Menu, and Army Outpost Food Trucks and Kiosks. While serving as this capacity, Rick applied and received the trademark for “Go for Green” which the military adopted leading the industry for healthier menus and products. Rick’s relationships, knowledge, and experience throughout the industry is highly regarded and unsurpassed. Rick resides in Prince George, VA and is in Ministry for his church as well as being actively involved in the community.

He is a Vietnam Veteran and has held senior level positions with major Fortune 500 financial institutions for over 20 years. George has over 35 years of small business banking experience and served as an operating partner for more than 10 years for a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) managing a portfolio of small businesses. George holds a BA in Business Administration and is a graduate of SMU Southwest School of Banking.
